Technical consulting, support and fault-finding are also everyday customer service tasks for HEIGHT TECH. To facilitate direct communication, customers can contact technicians and developers directly by telephone or e-mail. Here HEIGHT TECH places particular value on personal contact with customers and does not operate a call centre or charge-incurring hotlines.

Permit service

 

As a service partner for drone pilots, HEIGHT TECH offers a permit service. With extensive experience in the obtaining of general and special permits allowing ascents, HEIGHT TECH supports customers in the compilation of documents.

 

On request HEIGHT TECH will contact the authorities and provide all documents ready for signing. A copy of the documents can be archived on request with the customer’s files and is thus available to pilots at any time. HEIGHT TECH also offers a reminder service to inform customers about permits that are about to expire. Pilots can thus ensure that all their documentation is up to date at all times.

Insurance service

 

As UAV experts, HEIGHT TECH also offers extensive support and advice on the subject of drones and insurance. Our consultants recommend competent, experienced insurers, assist with the taking out of insurance, and support customers with all the necessary documents and data sheets.

Leasing service
