The Basic Service Package is included in the purchase of a system; this covers the first inspection and extensive support through the HEIGHT TECH service department.
The optional Service Package Plus extends this package with extended warranty period, regular inspections and direct telephone support. The customer thus has the possibility of contacting service technicians or advisors when they are needed. Upon request, HEIGHT TECHT also arranges the transport of the flight system from the customer to the service dept. and vice versa, free of costs.
The Premium Service Package is the offer that meets the highest demands. Here, HEIGHT TECH telephone support is available by hotline 24/7. In emergency situations, a replacement device of the same type can be provided on-site within 24 hours. HEIGHT TECH arranges the transport of the flight system from the customer to the service and vice versa.
