Training and service packages

HEIGHT TECH offers all its flight systems inclusive of a comprehensive introduction to the system’s functional mode and a free maintenance service for the first six months after purchase. All products can optionally be complemented by extensive, individual training and service packages. HEIGHT TECH supports its customers individually and competently through their first steps and beyond.

Training packages

 

The Training Package contains all that is needed for the perfect start: certified CP-UAS pilot training at the SPECTAIR ACADEMY, loan of a training device for the first attempts at flying, and extensive documentation.

 

The Premium Training Package is a complete solution for a more demanding entry. In addition to the content of the standard package, the CP-UAS training is extended to two persons, the practice device remains the customer’s property, and further extras are included.

Service packages

 

HEIGHT TECH’s service packages are also individually orientated to customers’ needs.

The Basic Service Package is included in the purchase of a system; this covers the first inspection and extensive support through the HEIGHT TECH service department.

 

The optional Service Package Plus extends this package with extended warranty period, regular inspections and direct telephone support. The customer thus has the possibility of contacting service technicians or advisors when they are needed. Upon request, HEIGHT TECHT also arranges the transport of the flight system from the customer to the service dept. and vice versa, free of costs.

 

The Premium Service Package is the offer that meets the highest demands. Here, HEIGHT TECH telephone support is available by hotline 24/7. In emergency situations, a replacement device of the same type can be provided on-site within 24 hours. HEIGHT TECH arranges the transport of the flight system from the customer to the service and vice versa.
